CAREER MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES™ Seminar

Program Overview

Participants will engage in a series of activities and experiential learning throughout the two-day seminar to increase their self-awareness around their professional competencies. Attendees will learn to articulate who they are professionally from a skill, knowledge, talent and behavioral standpoint. Participants design a CAREER & LIFE MAPPING™ Plan, which includes identification of personal and professional goals. Written & oral communications strategies to utilize before, during and after interviews are addressed to help participants build on internal relationships and professional credibility. Employees who complete the Career Management Strategies™ Seminar feel a greater sense of control over their career decisions bringing greater drive and commitment to their organizations.
