Program Overview:
THE SELLING TO MULTICULTURAL PHYSICIANS® seminar is a one-day & 5 distance learning sessions for pharmaceutical sales representatives to build strategic relationships with International Medical Graduates. IMGs come from a variety of educational, social, religious, cultural and philosophical backgrounds requiring the sophisticated sales representative to demonstrate both intellectual and cultural resilience throughout the sales process. Representatives attending THE SELLING TO MULTICULTURAL PHYSICIANS® seminar will prepare by identifying multicultural key accounts to improve both relationships and communication for enhanced sales performance. By the end of the seminar, representatives will be prepared to implement a variety of approaches to this influential customer base by utilizing the knowledge, skills, and resources disseminated throughout the day.
