THE UNFORGETTABLE TRAINER™ Workshop
Program Overview
THE UNFORGETTABLE TRAINER™ three-day workshop educates Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Trainers on the competencies needed to excel at becoming an “Unforgettable Trainer.” THE UNFORGETTABLE TRAINER™ Workshop engages new and experienced trainers and training managers through a series of activities, exercises, group discussions, video-taping, and content delivery modeled by professional UPT facilitators. Participants learn and apply Adult Learning Theory to their teaching, understand how to adjust their Training Style to accommodate different learning preferences, comprehend & assign basics of instructional design, evolve group, one-on-one & co-facilitation competencies, incorporate key trainer survival skills during unexpected seminar events, and advance overall platform skills.
