W.IN LEADERSHIP® has been developed from hundreds of interviews conducted with women in the healthcare industry who have made it to the top of their organizations.

The focus of THE W.IN LEADERSHIP® Seminar is to accentuate the strengths of women who aspire to achieve higher levels of leadership in their organizations. Key skills, knowledge and behaviors that have been found to deliver the greatest professional impact for women are taught and emphasized in this customized two day workshop.
